If your HausMoney card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can easily order a replacement directly through the app. Ordering a replacement will instantly provide you with new card details that you can start using right away.

Follow these steps in the HausMoney app to order your new card:

  1. Go to the Home Screen: From the home page, tap on your HausMoney Account.

  2. Access Card Details: Tap on Card Details.

  3. Initiate Replacement: Scroll down and tap on Replace Card.

  4. Confirm Shipping Address: Carefully review your Shipping Address and update it if necessary. This is where your new physical card will be sent.

  5. Select Shipping Method: Choose the shipping method that best suits your need (e.g., standard or expedited shipping).

  6. Confirm Order: Follow the final prompts to confirm your replacement card order.

🚀 Use Your New Card Immediately

As soon as you order the replacement card:

You will have immediate access to your new card details (number, expiration date, and security code) within the app.

This means you can immediately add the new card details to your digital wallet (like Apple Pay or Google Pay) and continue making purchases while you wait for your physical card to arrive!
