Prerequisites Before You Begin
Eligibility: Minors cannot sign up for the HausMoney Card at this time.
Required Documents: Although HausMoney automatically verifies submitted information, please have the following unexpired documents on hand in case manual verification is prompted:
Driver's license
Passport
State ID
A digital utility bill matching the billing address
Security: Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, provides financial products, and deposits are insured up to $250,000.
Step 1: Request the Invitation Code
Log In: Log in to the Employee App at
my.tiphaus.com.Access Tab: Click the Earned Tip Access tab at the bottom of the screen (card icon).
Initiate Sign-Up: Click the Sign Up button located under the HausMoney section.
Confirm Email: A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to receive an email to begin the registration process.
Receive Code: You will receive an email containing the unique Invitation Code. Do not exchange this code.
Two Separate Codes Are Issued During Onboarding:
Invite Code: Generated and sent after clicking "Sign Up" on the TipHaus Employee App.
One-Time Email Verification Code: Automatically generated from the mobile app; goes to the email they used when signing up for the HausMoney™ Card mobile app.
The invite code and one-time email verification code may be in a spam or junk folder—please look there if you cannot find the codes in your email Inbox.
If your invite code expired, log in to the TipHaus Employee App (my.tiphaus.com) with your registered email, and at the bottom, click on the credit card image, then click on the link: Resend Email Now. This will extend your Invitation Code expiration date for another two weeks.
Recommendation: Search for “HausMoney” in the email search box.
Switching from a different payout method to HausMoney
If you previously had a different payout method (HausDirect or Rapid! PayCard) set up for the Earned Tip Access Program, you can switch to a HausMoney account whenever you like. Your previous payout method will still be accessible, and you can switch back later.
Steps to sign up for a second Payout Method:
Log in to the TipHaus Employee App from my.tiphaus.com.
Click Earned Tip Access® (the card icon) at the bottom.
Click on 'Update Payout Method'.
Important Note: If you are not signed up for both options, a pop-up will appear notifying you that once you sign up for the secondary service, you will automatically be switched to that service once your manager approves your transfer. Click 'Got it' to continue
