HausMoney™: Payout Options for Minors

HausMoney isn't available for minors. Minors can still get tips via HausDirect or their paycheck. We're working on a future solution!

At TipHaus, we're committed to ensuring everyone who earns tips through our platform can access their earnings quickly and easily. We understand you're eager to utilize all available payout options, and we want to provide clarity regarding HausMoney for our younger users.

Please be aware that HausMoney, being a credit product, has age restrictions. Due to legal and regulatory requirements surrounding credit agreements, users under the age of 18 are currently unable to sign up for HausMoney as a payout method.

We recognize this may be disappointing, and we're actively working on finding a solution that will allow our minor users to benefit from our Earned Tip Access program in the future. Our team is exploring various avenues to provide a compliant and accessible option for everyone.

In the meantime, we want to assure you that you can still access your hard-earned tips! We offer the following convenient alternatives for minor users:

  • HausDirect (for a fee): This option allows you to receive your tips directly into your bank account. It's a straightforward and reliable way to access your funds.

  • Paycheck (free payout method): You can also continue to receive your tips as part of your regular paycheck, depending on your employer's policies.

We understand the importance of flexible and timely access to your earnings, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate the regulations surrounding credit products. We are dedicated to finding a long-term solution that includes all our users in the Earned Tip Access program.
