Direct Account Deposits: Your rewards are tracked continuously, calculated monthly, and automatically deposited quarterly directly into your active HausMoney account.
What Qualifies for Cashback?
Cashback is calculated on the net purchase amount of successfully settled purchases for goods and services.

What Is Excluded
Cashback is designed for genuine purchases of goods and services, so certain transaction types and extra charges are excluded:
Non-Purchase Transactions: ACH transfers, ATM withdrawals/services, Bill Pay, balance transfers, and cash advances (including point-of-sale cash back).
Additional Fees & Charges: Taxes, tips, shipping fees, interest, or account fees.
Incomplete Purchases: Pending, authorized, reversed, declined, or refunded transactions.
Important Tips to Keep in Mind
To ensure a smooth rewards experience, keep these quick details in mind:
Cashback Rewards Payout Requirement: Your HausMoney account must be open and active when rewards are distributed each quarter. If an account is closed prior to the scheduled cashback rewards payout, any uncredited rewards are forfeited.
Settlement Timing: Rewards are officially earned once a purchase fully settles—not while it is still pending.
Lookback & Adjustments: Upward Financial or the Program Partner may adjust, hold, or reverse cashback balances for up to 120 days after a transaction settles to account for returns, cancellations, disputes, or calculation fixes.
Merchant Limits: Some merchants may place caps on cashback eligibility for specific offers (e.g., cashback valid up to a set purchase limit).
