How to Freeze and Unfreeze Your HausMoney Card

Freezing Your HausMoney Card
Freezing your card prevents any new transactions from being approved, giving you peace of mind if your card is lost or stolen.
Log into the HausMoney App
Tap on the HausMoney Account
Tap on Card Details
Tap on Freeze Card and Select Dates
Here, you will see a "Freeze Card" option. Tap on it. You will then be prompted to select the dates for which you would like to freeze your card. This allows you to set a temporary freeze if you know when you'll need it again, or an indefinite freeze until you unfreeze it manually.
Confirmation Email
Once you've successfully frozen your card, you'll receive an email notification from HausMoney confirming that your card has been frozen. Keep this email for your records.
Unfreezing Your HausMoney Card
When you're ready to use your card again, unfreezing it is just as simple.
Navigate to Card Details
Follow steps 1-3 from the "Freezing Your HausMoney Card" section to return to the "Card Details" screen.
Unfreeze Your Card
In the same area where you found the "Freeze Card" option, you will now see an "Unfreeze Card" option. Tap on it.
Confirmation Email
Similar to freezing, you will receive an email notification from HausMoney confirming that your card has been successfully unfrozen and is now ready for use.
