Important Note: Bank statements are released on the 6th of every month. Please let us know if you're missing any of your monthly bank statements!
Follow these steps to find your HausMoney monthly bank Statements:
Log into the HausMoney App:
Open the HausMoney app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
Access Your Profile:
Tap on the Profile tab located on the bottom right corner of your screen. It often looks like a silhouette of a person or your profile picture.
Navigate to Statements:
On your profile screen, tap on Statements.
Select Your Desired Month:
You'll see a list of available monthly statements. Tap on the month you would like to view.
Download (Optional):
Once you've selected a statement, you have the option to Download it to your phone. This will save a digital copy of your statement directly to your device.
Share or Save Your Downloaded Statement (Optional):
If you choose to download your statement, a share option will appear. Tap on the Share button (often an icon resembling an arrow pointing upwards out of a box) at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can:
Send via Email: Choose your preferred email client to send the statement to yourself or someone else.
Save as a File: Select an option to save the statement as a file on your phone (e.g., to your "Files" app or a designated downloads folder).
